  • CAN I PICK MY OWN TREE?
    If you would like to hand select your family Christmas tree you can do so by visiting our pop up stores. Click here to find your nearest pop up.
  • WHAT SIZES DO YOUR TREES COME IN?
    We sell 5ft to 15ft trees on our website. We have trees in all shapes and sizes from 3ft to 20ft so if you need a tree for an event or to fit a particular space, get in touch and we can provide you with a quote for your custom tree.
  • WHEN IS THE LAST DATE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FOR DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS?
    We would recommend purchasing by the 21st of December to ensure your order is delivered in time.
  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE?
    After you place your order, we will reach out to confirm a delivery date and time slot. We aim to be as accommodating as possible, with our team delivering day and night so get in touch if you need your delivery on a particular date or time. On the day, the team will deliver your tree and accessories to your front door or if requested, deliver the tree to your chosen location in your house. The tree will arrive netted, this protects the branches/pines and makes it easier for you to get it setup in your tree stand. Each tree will come complete with a handwritten tag so lookout for yours!
  • WHAT SIZE OF TREE STAND DO I NEED FOR MY TREE?
    For trees between 3ft and 4ft, we recommend a Small Cinco Stand. (3 inch x 11 inch) 3 litre capacity. For trees between 5ft and 7ft, we recommend a Medium Cinco stand. (5.5 inch x 14.5 inch) 4 litre capacity. For trees between 8ft and 12ft, we recommend a Large Cinco stand. (6 inch x19 inch) 7 litre capacity. Fore tress above 12ft, get in touch with us and we can arrange for a suitable stand to get to you.
  • DO YOU SELL POTTED TREES?
    We do! If you are interested in purchasing one of our potted trees you can do so direct through our shop site. If you're having any difficulties with this, don't hesitate to reach out to the Festive Forest Team via our live chat or contact page.
  • I HAVE A PROMO CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?
    You can enter your promotional code at the checkout. If you’re experiencing any issues with this, reach out on our live chat feature.
  • DO YOU OFFER AN NHS DISCOUNT?
    We do indeed! Drop us a message on our live chat or email us directly if you fall under this category and we will share the code with you. Thanks for all your amazing work this Christmas.
  • WHERE SHOULD I KEEP MY TREE?
    You want to keep your tree as cool as possible and so avoid placing it by heat sources, such as radiators or fireplaces. With the Scottish winters, we find that the best place to put your tree is by your window.
  • SHOULD I TRIM THE BASE OF MY TREE?
    Before we deliver your tree we will trim it for you. If you visit our pop-up store you will also have the option to request a fresh cut.
  • SHOULD I WATER MY TREE?
    Yes! Make sure to check the water levels in your tree stand every day or so and top up as needed. Christmas trees are very thirsty and so will need a lot of water to keep them looking lush!
  • WHY HAS MY TREE LOST SOME NEEDLES WHEN I HAVE JUST GOT IT?
    If a few of them are on the floor its nothing serious. Trees naturally shed all year round. If the pines from your tree are shedding like crazy then please get in touch. This could be due to the fact that your tree is too dry. You should keep your tree away from any heat sources (fire, radiator, oven etc) and ensure that it is well watered.
  • WHAT DO I DO WITH MY TREE AFTER CHRISTMAS?
    With full hearts and bellies, the last thing you want to do is struggle to get your Christmas tree out of the house. To minimise this hassle for you, we offer a Post Christmas Collection Service. For £10 we will collect your tree if in the Glasgow area and then recycle it for you.
